Yuksel Domanic Ltd, founded in 1986, is among the leading engineering companies of Turkey, in transportation sector. The company employs 55 people in average, 35 of them being engineers with varying experience and expertise.

At the beginning the company was carrying out its activities in a building located at Cankaya. Then after the completion of company's own building in Umitkoy, services continued to be performed at two different places as center and branch offices. Today, all activities are brought together at the center office in Umitkoy.

Since the foundation day, the company worked with well known experienced staff and also employed young engineers who have potential of success and graduated with honor degrees. The profiles of the permanent staff are given in the pertinent section. According to needs of the projects undertaken, individual experts are hired for certain periods.

In the center of Yuksel Domanic Ltd, valuable scientific methodologies are being used, equipped with the latest technological devices. In full conformity with the developments within the modern business world, the quality management techniques and philosophies are paid close attendance. The company having decided to create a quality system, most suitable to its needs and structures based on the modern ISO approach, presently owns TSE EN ISO 9001:2000, TS 18001 and TS EN ISO 14001:2004 certificates whereupon it looks to build for continuous improvement and perfection.
